The Philadelphia OIC E3 Center provides:

  • Support to graduate high school and/or pass the HISET (High School Equivalency Test) exam
  • We will pay for the HISET exam.
  • Students can earn $100 for successfully completing and passing the HISET exam.
  • Connection to training after graduation through our on-site career-training programs.
  • Help applying for college 
  • Paid transportation (SEPTA Monthly TransPass)
  • Job skills counseling (PAID Work Experience!!!)
  • Access to PAID internships, community service, and other work experiences
  • Connection to additional training and full-time employment 
  • Career coaching 
  • Digital Media training
  • Video Production
  • Audio/Music Production Studio
  • Digital content creation (YouTube, podcast content)
