Renée Cardwell Hughes is a highly experienced executive with a focus on strategy, leadership development, and change management.
Prior to joining Philadelphia OIC, she was CEO of The Hughes Group where she led a team of business advisors who helped the employees, management, and Board internalize, own, and execute their Mission and Values by revitalizing their corporate culture.
Aisha Dennis, M.Ed.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Aisha Dennis is the Chief Operating Officer at Philadelphia OIC. She directs, administers, and coordinates the internal operational activities of the organization in accordance with policies, goals,and objectives established by the President/ Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Board of Directors. Aisha leads and directs the following functions and/or business units: operations, human resources, information systems, and building management.
Aisha works alongside the CEO in the development of organization policies and goals that cover operations, and growth of the functions and/or business units.
Latoya Edmond
Vice President of Workforce Development & Economic Innovation
Latoya Edmond currently serves as the Vice President of Workforce Development & Economic Innovation for Philadelphia OIC. She also oversees the organization’s workforce development strategy and partnerships focused on training participants to receive the skills needed to obtain and retain 21st Century jobs.
Dr. Parthenia Moore
Vice President of Education
Dr. Parthenia Moore is the Vice President of Education. She provides overall leadership and management for all Philadelphia OIC education programs including adult education programs, HiSet/GED, KEYSPOT - Computer classes and Philadelphia OIC Workforce Academy (OICWA), an alternative accelarted high school, where she serves as key advisor to the Workforce Academy leadership team. In this role she ensures the enrollment and budgetary goals of each program, monitors progress toward program objectives and annual performance targets and works with program staff to ensure organizational resources and capacity are fully deployed.
Will Davison
Vice President of Marketing & Communication
In his current role, he serves as Vice President of Marketing & Communications at Philadelphia OIC, a workforce development nonprofit organization that impacts 1,500 individuals from impoverished communities in Philadelphia annually. Will is responsible for developing and implementing the communications & marketing strategies to advance the company’s brand identity and donor engagement. He oversees the branding and communications for four adult workforce programs and an alternative accelerated high school.
